ORDERING
❓ Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because all our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), we start the creation process as soon as your order is placed. Unfortunately, this means we cannot cancel or modify your order once it’s been submitted.
❓ What if there’s a problem with my order?
If there’s an issue, don’t worry! Please email us at tartanHappy@HappyTartan.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
DELIVERY
📦 Times & Costs
As a print-on-demand company, your items are custom-made just for you. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your items to arrive at your door.
📍 Parcel Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to you.
RETURNS
❓ Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for incorrect sizes or if you simply change your mind. However:
🔹 Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at tartanHappy@HappyTartan.com with photos of the damage. We’ll liaise with our suppliers to send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
🔹 Incorrect Size: If you ordered the wrong size, you can return the item to us in Scotland for an exchange. Please note:
✅ You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
✅ Replacement items will be sent after we receive your returned item.

❓ How do I ensure I order the correct size?
We encourage you to double-check sizing before placing your order:
📏 Refer to the size charts provided on the product pages.
👞 For clogs, check the EU size listed.
👕 For clothing, measure carefully in inches to ensure a perfect fit.
