ORDERING

❓ Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because all our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), we start the creation process as soon as your order is placed. Unfortunately, this means we cannot cancel or modify your order once it’s been submitted.

❓ What if there’s a problem with my order?
If there’s an issue, don’t worry! Please email us at tartanHappy@HappyTartan.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.

DELIVERY

📦 Times & Costs
As a print-on-demand company, your items are custom-made just for you. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your items to arrive at your door.

📍 Parcel Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to you.

RETURNS

❓ Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for incorrect sizes or if you simply change your mind. However:

🔹 Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at tartanHappy@HappyTartan.com with photos of the damage. We’ll liaise with our suppliers to send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

🔹 Incorrect Size: If you ordered the wrong size, you can return the item to us in Scotland for an exchange. Please note:
✅ You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
✅ Replacement items will be sent after we receive your returned item.

❓ How do I ensure I order the correct size?
We encourage you to double-check sizing before placing your order:

📏 Refer to the size charts provided on the product pages.
👞 For clogs, check the EU size listed.
👕 For clothing, measure carefully in inches to ensure a perfect fit.

Our Products

  1. Descriptions and Photography

    • We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. However, due to monitor settings and variations, colours may differ slightly from what you see online. Minor differences in colour or pattern do not entitle you to reject the goods or claim compensation.

  2. Measurements

    • Please carefully review the size charts before placing your order. Customised items cannot be returned or refunded due to incorrect sizing or damage from overstretching.

  3. Custom Products

    • Personalised products are made to your specifications and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once made. Ensure all details are correct before ordering. If you have questions about colours or designs, contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing and Contract

  1. Order Cancellation and Amendments

    • Custom-made products are exempt from cancellation under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started.

  2. Prices

    • The price you see at checkout is final, inclusive of VAT. Orders outside the UK may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.

  3. Payment

    • Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  4. Acceptance

    • We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
      • Items are out of stock or discontinued.
      • Delivery to your location is unavailable.
      • Pricing errors occur.
