These bright, bold characters have come to life straight from the heart of what Happy Tartan is all about. Over the years, I’ve written countless stories, created worlds, and filled notebooks with characters—and this time, I knew I wanted to bring a team of joyful, inspiring girls to life. I imagined a crew who could wear tartan proudly, share kindness and creativity, and take children on fun-filled adventures through cartoon land, with a little Highland sparkle and a whole lot of heart.

The Happy Tartan Girls are six brilliant characters, each with their own tartan, personality, and passion. From Blaire’s cool confidence to Bonnie’s natural leadership, these girls are ready to explore, create, and celebrate everything from Scottish heritage to big ideas and wild imagination.
